**SURGERY INFORMATION **

 

From Thursday 6th April 2023, the practice's phone lines will be covered by our colleagues from North Staffordshire GP Federation on THURSDAY AFTERNOONS between 1pm and 6.30pm.

If you require medical assistance between 1pm and 6:30pm on a THURSDAY (only these times and only on a Thursday) the GP Federation will answer your call.  Their dedicated number is 01782 651651, calls will only be taken on a Thursday afternoon between 1pm and 6.30pm.

At all other times, please ring the practice or when the practice is closed please call 111 for medical assistance

Please call 999 for any medical emergency

COVID 19  VACCINATIONS
 

We are no longer offering COVID vaccinations at the surgery. 

Booster Vaccinations can be booked by calling 119 or

online Book or manage a coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination - NHS (www.nhs.uk)

Please do not call the surgery to book an appointment

 Although it is no longer a requirement of the surgery to wear a face mask/covering, we still ask that if you are attending the surgery and are showing any respiratory symptoms a mask or visor MUST be worn.  These can be obtained from reception. 

We also ask that if you are attending for an appointment, after check in, you remain in your seat until called by a clinician.
