Access

Following the extensive refurbishment at the practice there is disabled access via the entrance at the rear of the buildings. Surgery rooms 3 and 4 have been developed with wheelchair access in mind and there is a disabled WC.

Please utilise the self booking in system that is located opposite the dispensary entrance. The aim of this is to reduce waiting times at reception and enable them to concentrate on taking your calls at the busiest times.

Complaints

We aim to provide an excelent and patient centred service, however should you feel you have reason to complain then please contact Julia Watkin (Practice manager). We have a written complaints procedure that is available on request. We truely hope to be able to resolve all disputes at a local level to your satisfaction.
