The practice is located in the old village school on School Lane in Ashley village. Areas served include: Ashley, Loggerheads, Ashley Heath, Mucklestone, Knighton, Baldwins Gate, Croxton, Hales, Almington, Maer and as far afield as Market Drayton.

An extensive refurbishment and expansion was completed in the summer of 2006 transforming our surgery into a truely modern health centre.

Our practice list is now always open and if you live, or have moved to, within the area served by us we look forward to meeting you soon.

To register as a patient ask at reception for details. Newly registered patients will be invited for a consultation with the nurse on registration. If you are on repeat medication you will be also asked to make an appointment to see the doctor.
