Doctors surgery times
Surgeries are held every day in the morning from 8.30am until 12midday. Afternoon surgeries are held daily between 3pm and 6pm and now until 8pm on a Tuesday.
Not all of the doctors are in every day. We will always try to get you an appointment with some one within 48 hours and with the doctor of your choice within 2 weeks.
If you feel that the problem is urgent and can not wait until the next working day then please inform the receptionist and every effort will be made to see you on the day.
Parents of children under the age of 5 may turn up with their child without appointment at 12.30pm every day if they feel it is urgent and wish to see a doctor on the day.
Nurses surgery times
Our Practice nurse, Sister Sue Fawcett, is in on Monday mornings, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evening. As with the doctors she will be available up to 8pm on the Tuesday evening.
Health care assisstant
Mrs Jacqui Rowley is at the surgery all day on Monday, Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon. She is also here Thursday and Friday morning.
Health visitor
Although not based at the the surgery full time the health visitor will be at the surgery from 1.30pm on alternate Tuesdays. There is no need to get an appointment and everyone will be seen on a first come first served basis. Please contact reception to find out when she will be in.
Community midwife
Julie Mcgarry is in the surgery from 9.30 every Friday. An appointment is required.
Primary care CPN
The CPN is in the surgery every Tuesday. She is a trained and experienced counsellor and a referral to from the GP is required to access this service.
