We will have limited availability for covid boosters at the surgery, so utilising the vaccinations centers will enable you to have more options of dates and earlier vaccination.

COVID VACCINES

The COVID-19 vaccine is free of charge on the NHS. 

​

You need to have 2 doses of the vaccine and be able to attend 2 appointments.  This is a long-term program and will take some time before all groups have been offered a vaccine. 

​

NHS 119 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need medical help and advise you on what to do.

​

Use this service if:

• you think you might have coronavirus

• in the last 14 days you've been to a country or area with a high risk of coronavirus – see coronavirus advice for travellers and a list of high-risk countries on nhs.uk

• you've been in close contact with someone with coronavirus

​

Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:

• a high temperature

• a new continuous cough

• a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of smell or taste (anosmia)

You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.

DO NOT go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay indoors and avoid close contact with other people. Call 111 if you need to speak to someone.
